Greetings to all,

This seems like a simple operation but so far I have not been able to find the right steps to do it.
I have a merged color sequence (consists of 23 frames) from 3 mutli-tif sequences. Now I would like to export all 23 sequence frames to individual jpeg or png files.

I know I can extract single frames and then save them, but I'm looking for a way to export all 23 frames at once as individual images.

Is there away to do this or do I need to build a protocol for this?

Thanks for any feedback.

Best regards
Ioannis

Hi Ioannis,

When asking for “Save as…” in Icy on the entire sequence, if you select JPEG or PNG as a file format, a new folder will be created with all individual frames automatically. Should you select TIFF format, a small check box in the save dialog will let you save the sequence as a single or as multiple files.

Hope this helps
Alexandre

As a followup in case this is helpful to somebody else, I needed to convert my sequence to RGB before it would allow me to export to JPG and PNG. I'm assuming because this was a multi-tiff file where each frame also contained 3 separate tiffs of the color channels.

The export to TIF as suggested by Alexandre worked, and each file contained a sequence with 3 individual tifs one for each channel.
However, I wanted a color merge of each frame which required the additional step of converting the original sequence to RGB.

Thanks again for a great tool and a very responsive forum.

Best regards
Ioannis
