I have serial sections of organ histology (see image 26.jpg)
that I am hoping to convert into 3D (Example 1.jpg). I have previously used
tools like Amira to do this, but no longer have access to that software. Are
there any resources or tutorials for new users to help them get started in Icy?
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi Jeff,
Did you try to just use the 3D VTK view in Icy to display Z-Stack as a volume ?
I hope you images are not too big as 3D volume view requires the whole Z-Stack to be loaded in a single array (which are limited to 2 Gpixel).
