Hi all,
Request: Summary table/list/output of manually counted ROIs by color.
Description: I have just begun using Manual Counting plugin to investigate feature prevalence and colocalization in my tissue IFC. My data sets are multi-channel tifs. While I'm content to manually count the number of colocalized objects (eg. nuclei by DAPI and positively stained cytosolic markers in transfected cells), I would appreciate the ability to see a summary of objects marked per-color (eg. blue markers: 200, green markers: 40, red markers: 150).
A quick modification of the current scheme seems capable of instantiating this: since the ROI color options are already available, could the "detect" ROIs simply receive a suffix (eg. "detectr" "detectg" "detectb" for red green and blue respectively)? A summary box listing the total detections for each color as well as the final total would allow for clean presentation of the information, as well as potential to toggle the overlay summary more easily.
