Hello

I started using Icy, more specifically ec-clem, 2 weeks ago in order to align 3D stacks (500 images in z). Whenever I set a point in one plane and go to the next and set a new point there, the first point jumps to the new plane (in the to be modified stack, the other stays). I can manually put it back ( I learned to write down the slice-number for every point) using the ROI manager by changing the z value but to do that every time is just annoying.

Is there anyone who has experience with this kind of problem and know what I do wrong/ why this happens?

Best
Jan

Hi Jan,

I think that is an issue coming from EC-Clem plugin, you may try to reach the author of this plugin so she can fix it ;)
I suggest you to add "EC-Clem" keyword in the topic subject it can help ;)

Best,

Dear Kan,
this is actually an issue following a later update: Once you have placed a point, and you are happy with it, you need to validate the point by a "RIGHT-CLICK".
Then place the next point.
This is a detail that is not explained in the video (which was created way before this update).
This is explained in the bottom right pop-up message when starting the plugin.
Best
Xavier
