ROI Statistics block ignores feature selections when Icy runs in headless mode

the ROI Statistics block allows the user to select a subset of the features for inclusion in the output workbook.

However, this selection is active when running Icy interactively, but seems to be ignored when running Icy in headless mode as explained in section "Command-line support" of Protocols. In this case, all features appear in the output workbook, not just the selected ones.

This problem is reproduced by the attached protocol. I ran it on Windows with the following command:

icy.exe -hl -x plugins.adufour.protocols.Protocols protocol=bug1.protocol

I just tested and it works correctly for me (it generated the XLS file with only selected features).

Can you check that you're up to date on your Icy version (1.9.10.0) and ROI Statistics plugin ?

I already had the latest version of Icy.

I updated the ROI Statistics plugin to version 5.6.11.0.

Now there is no problem. I get only the selected ROI features when running Icy in headless mode.
