Detection Accuracy

Hello there,

I use the ISBI Challenge track importer and I import 9229 single tracks (tracks that consist only from one pair) as my Reference group and another 9229 single tracks for the candidate group. I want to check only the detection accuracy so I don't mind for the other stats.

However, the results are not correct as you can see in the attached image. The minimum distance is bigger than the maximum one in the section of the Detection accuracy. Also I know that there are pairs that are 2 pixels away the one to each other.

Could you please advise me for the above problem?
