Hi there,
I get the following vtk error when starting ICY on a mac OS 10.9.4: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: vtk.vtkFileOutputWindow.VTKInit()J The vtk library is successfully loaded.
Any help for debugging is appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
We are running here Icy on the exact
same system configuration as you and did not meet any problems with VTK.
Normally you don't have to move the jni files included in Icy, Icy uses
VTK 6.1 and maybe you already have a VTK installed on your system (an
older version) which conflict with the one in Icy. The problem can also
comes from your version of java where JNI support is broken. Also did you tried a fresh installation of Icy ?
Best,
- Stephane

Hi Stephane,
thank you for the reply. I could solve the issue by re-installing eclipse and Icy and removing all the old vtk-dependencies I had installed on the computer.
Best,
