A major update of Icy again. Note that Icy now requires at least Java 7 so you may stay with Icy 1.8.6.0 (or previous version) if your system does not support java 7 or above (in which case you should disable auto update which will fail anyway).

The main new features are :
 - new 3D ROI (Point 3D, Line 3D and Polyline 3D) for better 3D quantification (in green in the picture).
 - new ROI tools operations (in blue), note that ROI boolean / load / save / export operations moved to the top menu (in red).

 - new image loading options :

These new image loading features are really useful to tackle big dataset as you can now load sub resolution (in red) and/or just specific area of a dataset (in blue). We plan to provide soon some nice tools in Protocols with some examples to show how to use them efficiently.

Hope you will enjoy this new version =)

Stephane I am unable to start the ICY app on my Mac OsX Mojave 10.14.2, I have tried the app fix and also the other solution in the FAQ, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,

Are you sure you properly entered the command from the Icy folder ?
It's very important otherwise the command couln't be applied properly.
If that is the case, can you tell us what message appears when you enter this command ? :
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine icy.app

Thanks.

- Stephane
