Spatial analysis

Is there a tutorial for the Spatial Analysis plugin? The links on the plugin page are gone or not working. 

I can't figure out how to select the detection area. I used the spot detector to detect spots in ROIs, then opened the spatial analysis plugin, but I don't know how to proceed from there.

I think there is a problem with the browser.
