Measuring Lab values on ROIs

Hi all,

I'm trying to measure Lab values (and possibly export that to Excel in some way) from pictures taken in standardised conditions of salmon fillets. I said ROIs as I would like to measure mutliple ROIs at the same time and it looks like it is already possible. Do you know if Icy supports measurments of Lab values? (I assume if I select the ROI it will give me the average value for that area...).

If not can RGB values be measured? if yes, how?
