Hi all, I am a bit sneaky but I tried to verify if my settings were correct to use the colocalization studio on objects When I try to compare the coloc on the same image the colocalized spots are at 0 and Ripley is negative as if the plugin did not work. If I substract an intensity of 10 to one of the image (using imageJ). then I obtain good results with a high Ripley. See enclose images to try and screen capture. Thanks for your comments

Hi Eric,
Sorry for the late answer. I think there is a problem with the object based methods when the distance between spots'localizations is exactly equal to 0. I think that when you decrease the image intensity, it changes very slightly spots'coordinates and leads to a positive measured coupling. I will fix this issue as soon as possible.
Thanks
