Would it be possible to add in the layer tab (or in the ROI tab) a checkbox to select or unselect all the ROI ?
Because when manipulating dozens of ROI, it would be faster.
Thanks.
Lydia.

You can use the Ctrl-A shortcut at least to start with ;)
Then if we can easily add a checkbox in the table header it would be a nice addition too...

Hum, it would have been great, indeed. But actually we cannot use the CtrlA (I'd alredy tested it) in the layer pannel to control the display. It works in the ROI panel, but not in the layers panel. And the display is only present in the layer panel.
So I see 2 solutions (of course these are only suggestions to improve ergonomics):
- either add a switch on/of button in the layers panel to control the display of all ROI (Show ALL, Hide All)
- or to add a button in the ROI panel to control the display of the ROI directly there. Like in the capture.
Personnally I would prefere the second option.
Lydia.

Hi,

I even can't find a button to unselect an ROI on Windows, although I can press command + click to unselect on my Mac.
Currently, I found it easy to select many ROI by Shift modifier, and select all the ROI by Ctrl+A in ROI panel as Stephane said. But is there any way to unselect all or one specific ROI? In ImageJ, we can simply click to do that.

Best,

Hi,

On Mac you indeed use command + click, on windows as any almost windows application (as the explorer) you just use control + click to select / unselect a specific item.

Oh, thank you, I just tried it.
And I also think the implementation of "select all" and "Unselect all" will be convenient, may be some key combination should be used.

Hi Will,

What to do you mean by "select all" / "unselect all" ? Aren't these already available through the Cmd+A / Ctrl+A and Escape keys ?

I don't know why, it works now on my Mac, but a few days ago it didn't.
So, it's perfect! Thank you!
And just remind you, I've send you a email a few days ago, have you received it?
