substraction of an image stack to another

I would like to know if it is possible to substract 2 stacks of images, every stack being in a

separate channel.

For example I would like to substract the images of the channel 0 stack to images of the channel 4 stack, image by image, (image 1 channel 0 - image 1 channel 4, image 2 channel 0 - image 2 channel 4, image 3 channel 0 - image 3 channel 4....) to keep a stack of images in fine.
