I
am trying to measure fluorescence
concentration/intensity of water samples. What is the best way to go about this with ICY software?

Hi John,
Measuring intensity is a very basic operation, you can basically draw a ROI (Region of Interest) over the area you want to quantify intensity and see result in the ROI informations panel.
Then you have many plugin to automatise the process depending your modality :)
If you give us more information and a sample of your images we could probably give you more hints.
