Micro-Manager for Icy Multiple Positions MDA display

Dear Icy Community,

When acquiring an MDA with multiple positions selected, the MM-Icy will display three seperate sequences. These sequences will be titled with the date and time of the acquisition, leaving out any information that would help me see which sequence is which position.

In contrast, the original MM1.4 multi position MDA looks like this:

Notice the "P" slider, allowing you to switch between positions in the order that they were added (Pos0, Pos1, Pos2).

I'm wondering if there's any way to get the label of the position that an acquisition sequence is showing, or to get the original display method of these types of acquisitions back? Or possibly any other method that would allow me to see which sequence = which position?

Thanks for your report ! I just uploaded a new version of Micro-Manager plugin for Icy to take care of that :)

We cannot add a new slider to go through the different position (Icy doesn't support extra "dimension" to Sequence object) but at least now you have the position information in the Sequence name, that should help !
