Hi,

I found the parameters that are nice for what I am tracking. However,  sometimes the vesicules that I am tracking go too fast and I lose them. I would like to know if we can do manually some tracks to fuse them avec the others.

Hi,

There is no manual tracker at the moment.
What you could do is to increase the value of the covariance. Then the tracker will look farther for detection to link.
