Dear LC VPs:

I am Rex, outgoing VP GCDPi of AIESEC HIT.

I will leave for Brazil on 18th as a MC CEEDer, taking charge of promotion of MoC GCDPi and EP recruitment in Brazil.

In order to promote the project realized in March-May (especially Green Power Now), here is the to do list for you:

1, Fill the form before  23:59 18th, Feb (GMT +8)

2, Hand in Project & city promotion material(s): Videos, Booklet, etc 

   Please reply this mail to send the materials (Online facebook page link is preferred.)

3, Hand in LC TN form(s) and AN templates  

    (I will try to promote the projects for LC and recruit EPs exclusively, if possible)

Please finish everything listed above before 23:59 19th, Feb (GMT +8). LC VPs, who finish the assignments early, will be informed in advance, and your projects promotion will be prioritized. 

Plus, I will initiate the trainee experience innovation program: double realizations. I will encourage the EPs, who can go for exchange for 3 months, to join 2 GCDP in China. EPs will lead the local trainees and they need to fulfill leadership and research tasks in the second project. I will talk to some of you to make this happen, while anyone can approach me in person via calls or mails, if you are interested in it.
