How is everything going on with you every Projecters?~It's the first mail you get from 2013 GCDPi Quality Control Group. This mail is proposed to help you have a review of the work in Febuary and get some ideas of the New Policy we put into effect from March 2013.

Looking back to the past Febuary,we have raised above 200 TNs.The number is encouraging.But in the process of checking these forms,I also find that there are some space wait for us to improve.
1.The completeness of the forms can be achieved better.Let's have a look at these great TN Forms.
- Dare To Dream Group:TN From UNNC 1.This TN emphasis on the spotlights of this project and giving them proper job explanation.2.Also,the information that needed like accomodation/food/tickets is clear and easy enough for readers to find.3.,Finally,the '[]' at the beginning of evert JD is a very good guidance for reader to focus on the points.
- Green Power Now Group:TN From SISU,TN From SJTU. 1.This TN is excellent because of its' rich JD.except the ordianary city-tour.2.It encourages trainees to take an overoll mindset of Chian with intersecting surfaces.In order to guirantee the Woking hours and Project Vision.3.It also sets proper Measurable results.
- Red Wings:TN From SISU The TN From SJTU's format is feast to eyes
2.The lengths of JD should be proper ,3 lines may be a good choice.
3.We encourage measuable results to gurantee trainees' working hours and the Quality XPS.

1.Review for NLDC:NLDC KM For Quality Control Group
- Function Track-- Quality Control Part.(Incuding the process&Standards of Form Auditing.)
- The Guidance of uploading your Contracts and Job Specifications onto the Salesforce
- The Guidance of Creating forms on the myaiesec.net (Thank for the KM from FDU,there are 2 ways for you to choose from.)
We strongly recommend every project EB let every TNM or Delivery Manager practice Creat Forms&Upload Contracst.This kind of operational steps should not prevent you from the trials and Creation.
PS:
1.现在的情况是大家上了Form之后我会先check一遍Form有没有问题——如果OK就等大家把拍了照的带章的合同照片发给我---最后改Form的状态为available.
2.今后关于合同的审核不再接受私下的传送,请大家都将自己的合同上传到Salesforce上,Adam会定期每周两次check系统.有任何问题欢迎大家联系Adam,联系方式附在下方.(所以提醒大家不要把上传的时间和签合同的时间放得太紧,以免耽误签合同的时间)(在Salesfroce上合同的教材在NLDC KM和KDweibo我都有发.)
3.每个LC需要跟我Confirm一个负责更新Editgrid和人,还有一个负责LC合同事宜的人给Adam.(是否为同一个人由LC决定)(我会通和大家过飞信问清楚此人的联系方式.)
4.关于现在Quality Control(QC)的流程和New Policy大家需不需要开一个Online Meeting来跟大家说清楚现在的流程改革和流程管理呢,预计时长大致为2个小时,希望能方便大家Q&A.
