JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager Organizational Development (OD) in Calgary, Canada; the AIESEC intern will design, test, implement and improve talent management programs, processes and tools to support Agrium’s business across all Business Units. These programs may include On-boarding, Career Management, Employee Engagement Survey, International Workforce Strategy, among others. Additionally, the intern will support the creation of turn-key solutions for stakeholders and will research best practices to support his/her recommendations.

The successful intern should have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience leading and supporting diverse business projects and programs (Human Resources and Organizational Development programs are an asset)
- Previous AIESEC experience at the national level or higher (i.e. MCVP, MCP, NST)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and problem solving
- Ability to act in a consulting capacity; confident in making business recommendations
- Capacity to work independently and as a team player
- Undergraduate degree with an excellent command of English
