Hi,
I've been downloading spinn3r for the past week or so. Is it just me
or is the machine http://icwsm.cs.umbc.edu is no longer contactable?

A hardware failure caused the datasets to be temporarily unavailable.

The datasets are available again, albeit at a new url: http://eb1.cs.umbc.edu

Things are back to normal. The datasets can be accessed again at http://icwsm.cs.umbc.edu.
