How to get features for classification category from training data

Hi all.

I'm a new bie and this is the first time I working in a classification project so I need help and very I'm grateful to receive help from each other. I'm doing a web classification project, after getting dataset and create classification category, I try to find features (vocabulary set) for each my category and use these features(vocabulary set) to train and later to test data. But I can't know how to get these features for each category. Is there any public features set (vocabulary set) to these category, this is my categories list:
Education
Cultural/Entertainment
Politic
Economic
Health
Science
Sport
Technology
And for example, what I want to find for sport category is this: http://www.enchantedlearning.com/wordlist/sports.shtml
Is there is no public vocabulary set online, how can I get it from my training dataset.
