As we study Accounting Concepts,Principles,Convention and the Advanced Accounting Principles (know as Accounting Standards) for Financial Accounting the same it is also compulsory to know the Concepts of Cost Accounting since the Cost Accounting Record Rules,CAS 1-13 and Cost Audit are mandatory w.e.f 1-1-2011.GACAP are the Advanced Cost Accounting Principles and we must have good command on it...
