Happy 2026! Hope everyone’s new year is off to a great start!
With another new year, it also means the Chinese New Year (CNY) is not too far away (Feb 17, to be exact). As per our tradition, we are looking to host a CNY banquet again in mid-March (more info to come on that)!
As part of this year’s celebration, we will host our Board election and this email serves as a call for nominations. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please send the following information to ictp...@gmail.com by Tuesday 2/17.

- A one-paragraph candidate statement to explain why you’d like to run for the Board
While self-nomination is highly encouraged, if you know someone who would be a great candidate, please send their contact information to the email address above by Tuesday 2/3. We will reach out to them to confirm their interest and collect their info.
Based on the nominations received, the current Board will present a slate of candidates for Chapter members to vote on at the CNY Banquet. Once elected, the new Board will select its officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) at the first Board meeting. If you have any questions about the election and/or the roles/responsibilities of the Board members, feel free to send them to the ICTPA email address above.
