Dear Professor Hsueh,

Hilary Nixon suggested that you might be able to help me locate someone who is expert on the development, current status and future plans of the Chinese High-Speed Rail initiative, and who would be willing and able to make a presentation in English to the American Public Transportation Association's (APTA) Rail Conference this coming June 23rd thru 26th, in Toronto.

The conference will be attended by over 200 leading rail experts from throughout North America who would be very eager to learn more about how China accomplished so much so quickly, and what more do they plan to do.

I am hopeful you can help me find the individual I have described.
