ICTPA Northern CA Chapter sincerely invites you to our first event after the pandemic. Please join us for our Northern California Chapter Chinese New Year Celebration on Thursday, Feb 16, 2023! We are honored to have Ms. Tilly Chang, Executive Director of San Francisco County Transportation Authority, as our keynote speaker. We have a great combination lined up: Banquet style dinner, an interesting presentation by our featured speaker, and raffle draw for your enjoyment.
