We are looking for a Tender Writer to join our highly successful team.
The role
Reporting into the Managing Director this is a newly created role that will take responsibility for writing complete and high quality tender and proposal responses for our larger corporate clients and the Australian Government. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing tender and proposal responses for potential and existing customers for our Website Projects, Digital Consulting and Online Performance divisions
Managing the bid / no bid process from the extensive number of opportunities that arise
Collaborating with key internal subject matter experts to document and refine existing tender and proposal content
Working with our internal creative design team to build meaningful diagrams and infographics
Reviewing and auditing Internetrix tender and proposal submissions to ensure continuous improvement
Identifying areas where policies and documentation need to be developed or revised
Authoring funding, grant and award applications
Actioning Australian Government funding and grant submissions
Contributing to the preparation efforts when Internetrix is shortlisted
About you
You’re a skilled bid and proposal writer who understands the importance of accuracy and deadlines and you will have had prior experience preparing bids and tenders within the Digital or Information Technology industry. To succeed in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience writing successful tender submissions and winning sales proposals in the technology industry
Demonstrated experience in authoring funding, grant and award submissions
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
High levels of business acumen in areas including problem solving, strategic thinking, financial management and creativity
The proven ability to understand business requirements and prepare detailed technical responses to those requirements
A background in professional writing
Advanced document and spreadsheet skills
High attention to detail
Strong organisational and project management skills
The proven ability to hit a deadline
The ability to work autonomously and within a team
Fluency in both English and Mandarin will be an added bonus
