Zenzeleni Networks NPC/PBO (Not-for-Profit Company/Public Benefit Organisation) is a young, dynamic and driven organisation that has been operating since 2017.  It was spun out of postgraduate research conducted at the University of the Western Cape in collaboration with communities in the rural Eastern Cape; together with various private sector stakeholders and funders.

We are now at a point where we seek the services of one or more organisational renewal and human talent specialists to assist us with re-structuring the NPC/PBO to scale with emerging income streams/mandates/business models. From our perspective, this process includes, yet is not limited to help:

a) re-define the overall structure of the NPC/PBO

b) re-define job descriptions for the aforementioned structure;

c) allocate the appropriate skills/people per job description in order to scale and move forward in a sustainable manner; and

d) provide oversight to the redeployment of current organisational members and the recruitment of additional skills for the renewed organisational model.

If you or your organisation is interested in walking together with us, after having perused our background, history and mission on Zenzeleni's website and other resources like online videos and write-ups, please direct enquiries and/or a submission to in...@zenzeleni.net by Fri 25 February, 2022 with the following: i) short company profile and experience; ii) concise list of similar prior work to indicate suitability; and lastly iii) a quotation and willingness to start working as soon as Mon 7 March to help the Zenzeleni ecosystem get better at getting better.
