Have you implemented an SMS and/or Voice-based campaign to reach people in developing countries? If so, we’d love to interview you as part of our human-centered design process to build a new solution. Please reply if you are interested in helping us.
Background: engageSPARK will be the first fully self-service online solution designed for NGO's to easily and quickly engage with literate and especially illiterate people in 200+ countries via Voice Call and SMS. We will enable NGOs to send/receive messages, surveys, A/B testing, decision trees, curriculums, reminders, and alerts – all without requiring any technical expertise. Of course, for technical experts, we will offer full APIs for integration. You can read more about the problems we’re solving here.
In the spirit of designing with our users, we are reaching out to various non-profit and for profit communities around the world that have experience creating a Voice or SMS program of any type. We want to hear about your experiences, learn from you and involve you in developing our solution. You are the expert, not us! More details on what we’re looking for are here.
FYI, we’re a not-for-profit social business. Thank you for your help!
Regards,
-Ravi
