Role
Our
client is seeking a Test Lead to work on inbound call routing projects within a
Call Center environment. Our client is integrating the telephone systems
with
the
CRM system to automate and streamline the process by which sales people handle
inbound calls. The customers phone number will be associated with all
their
information
in salesforce so that when they call in, the customer record will be displayed
and the salespeople can respond more efficiently.
Responsibilities
will include analyzing the requirements and developing the testing artifacts
such as test plan, approach, estimates, test cases, test scripts. The
candidate
will also be responsible for leading the internal test execution, UAT; reporting
the testing status; and supporting the successful go-live activities
.
