Please find the below requirement, let me know if you have any suitable profiles

Position      :     Lead Java Developer 
Location     :     Cambridge, MA 
Duration     :     15 Months contract

Must have:
7+ years of experience in software development
strong knowledge of Java/J2EE
front end and back end development
ability to interface with operations team
experience with GUI and JQuery
experience with Spring or Hibernate
ability to test their own code
successfully delivered project in a lead role (need written example)
ability to oversee and mentor peers and more junior developers 

Nice to have:
knowledge or experience in educational industry

Role
This person will be working onsite in Cambridge leading a team of 2-3 developers alongside a PM for an upgrade of our clients online registration system. They 
will be doing a mix of front-end and back-end development to implement specific registration rules into the application. They will also be performing enhancements 
to the current system in place.  They will be interacting with many users on the client site to understand the system uses, as well as working with the operations team to make sure that their development integrates into the servers correctly. In addition to heads down development, this person is expected to mentor more junior members of the team and help them with their coding or any other issues. Therefore, this person must have excellent communication.
