Please find the below requirement, let me know if you have any suitable profiles

Position      :      Sr. QA Data Tester
Location     :      Deerfield Beach, FL
Duration     :     8 months, with probable extensions
**** Local to FL **** F2F ***

MUST HAVES:
Minimum  5 -8 yrs. experience 
STRONG SQL Database Testing 
ETL validation (end to end)    
Mainframe Testing (JCL)
Experience testing BI (business intelligence) applications
Experience working with business units to focus on the process and providing mentoring/feedback to them
Distributed Application Testing
Some Automation experience     
Some performance experience  
Strong communication abilities      
Defect tracking ( familiar with defect lifecycles)

Role:
Our client is looking to bring on a senior level QA tester for the on boarding of a BI application.  While performing strong data testing with ETL tools, he or she 
will also be working closely with the business units to provide feedback and mentoring to them to regarding the processes that are being followed (i.e. are test cases 
correct, etc.) He or she will be working directly with the group’s QA architect and will be the senior tester on the team.  
Internal NoteThe client wants us to avoid people who focus/harp on verbiage like “inspection,” “audit,” “verification,” and “validation”.  These kinds of words don’t evoke the kind of team player, mentoring mentality that the client embodies.
