Sharing Hope

This morning I read a story about Art Garfunkel and his friend Sandy Greenberg from Buffalo. His friend became blind while in college and Art took it upon himself to lead his friend around campus and read to him. Art called himself Darkness to his friend. From that experience came the song, "Hello Darkness my Old Friend" by Art.

Out of darkness and tragedy can come creativity and kindness. My wish for all of you is that you will keep sharing the tools of creativity and solutions and hope. We know the world is sorely in need of it.

This is my last day in the office so "till we meet again".
