Exciting job opportunity for a trainer/facilitator at the University at Buffalo. Job responsibilities include:

• Facilitate training classes and small group discussions
• Diagnose gaps in employee skills, motivation and/or resources in consultation with university managers and develop plans to eliminate gaps
• Provide insight, problem-solving and logical objectivity to complex organizational problems
• Develop new training content and update existing content as needs change
• Provide administrative and training support for a Learning Management and web-based Performance Management system
