Master Gardener Proposal

Hello all,

In the next week I will be forwarding a proposal to the Johnson County Master Gardeners to get ICCSD's School Gardens listed on their core projects list.  The vision is to have Farm to School act as our hub, connecting MG's to the school's nearest them.  Could you all get back to me at your earliest convenience the who and what's of your garden's next year?  Who is "in charge," and do you have a proposed budget/ list of plants?  How could you benefit from having the help of a master gardener in your garden?

Thanks for your note and your work!  Sounds like an excellent idea.

 

I have not been involved in the last year but would like to be.  I'm not a master gardener, but have some gardening experience and mostly am willing to be a willing helper, as opposed to planning/budgeting.  I live in the SE side of IC.  I helped out at Twain when Ms Hegeman, I can't remember her first name, headed up the project. I don't see her name on this list.
