As the ServiceNow Product Owner/Techno Functional Manager- Onsite/Hybrid Model
The role will require three days working in office in Central Philadelphia every week.
Responsibilities
• Lead the creation and execution of strategy for tooling with ServiceNow
• Defining roadmap and product capabilities to 1111 gaps and build tool adoption
• Liaison between development team and stakeholders for engineenng and end user enablement
• Translate product features into well-defined requirements in appropriate Epic -> Feature - User Story format
• Continuous refinement and management of work across stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills
• 30 years' experience in Product Ownership/Project Management
• Experience with Project Management Platforms (e g lira, Rally)
• Experience with Agile / SCRUM development methodologies
• You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM. [TAM, 'TOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM and Integration HUB Experience with development teams and project requirements
• You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline
• You have demonstrated experience designing and re-engineering processes to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency and reduce risk
• You are able to present and influence all levels of management and executive leadership
• You have demonstrated commitment to continual teaming of ServiceNow best practices and standards including actively participating in the ServiceNow community forums
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good personal communication skills are vital
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Product Ownership/Project Management
• Experience working in an Agile software development teams
• Ability to work independently where needed, and ability to take direction where needed
