Firstly, NCL is not a company, it's a Research Lab and a very good
one. You might want to apply to IISc, Bangalore / TIFR / JNCASR
/IISER's . These are all very good research Institutes.

Since you would complete HMT and Fluid by the end of your 2nd year,
you might want to apply to companies which make Heat Exchangers and
Pumps, etc.

I would suggest you use your personal [Even the remotest ones]
contacts to scout for chemical companies, which could offer you an
Internship.
