Thanks Arina for your post.
We can see that you are frustrated. We are so sorry your daughter is experiencing such a difficult time with her hands. We encourage you to reach out to our Health Office and they can provide some more tips on additional things to help with dry chapped skin. (

As a school, we take all parent concerns seriously and try our best to address the concerns. Over the break we did take action.
For our younger learners we do focus more on hand washing over hand sanitizing. Over the break we were able to source overseas and obtain a more gentle and better ph-balanced hand soap for the EY and ES buildings. Additionally we were able to source from overseas and obtain aloe gel to put into our hand sanitizer bottles, used at the gates and in the EY and ES classrooms, which makes the hand sanitizing spray less harsh and drying.
While we cannot eliminate frequent hand-washing and hand sanitizing, we hope the gentle soap and aloe will help make a difference.
Thanks for bringing up the topic, we will put this information in the ICS Weekly to share with all parents.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Best,
