Hi again,

I have three questions

1) Is the track open for parents or will it be soon?
In some institutions they allow a fixed number of people based on reservation and a first arrived first served criteria.
Let's say that the school decides to open the track for 10 people a day during a specific time of the day. There could be a google sheet where people book themselves up to filling this number. in my institution you have to book one week in advance and at reception they check if you are in the list o fteh day. Just an idea

2) will the ASA re-established any time soon?
In one online meeting with Tim and the Board I put this question and Tim said that this was going to be reviewed later in 2020. Is there any progress there?

3) the construction works of the new ES are finished or so it seems.
The road of Gates 4, ES  and 6 though is still in a big mess.
Is there any plan to put the road back into shape and to add Zebra crossing at the corner between ICS and Magdella School? and perhaps close to Gate 6 too?

Many thanks
Paolo

Thanks Paolo,

Here are some answers.
1)  We had a successful pilot of opening up the track and sports pavilion over the holiday break, to parents and students. We are very encouraged at how it went and how Covid protocols were adhered to.  We allowed 40 people on campus per hour with reservation sign ups as you mention.  We hope to open up a similar program in the near future.  However, at this time, we are not making any changes to our current Playbook until we have an understanding of what the impact is with all students being on campus.

2) In the Playbook, we do mention that we would re-visit the After-School Activities/ASA's program in late 2020 and it has been amended to review in late February.  This is also because we are not making any changes to our current Playbook until we have an understanding of what the impact is with all students being on campus.  We are looking at additional virtual ASAs with our partners at IVY Camps and hope to share their program in the next couple of weeks as an additional opportunity for activities.

3) Yes, we are aware of the conditions of the road on that side of the school.  We continue to engage with the city and other officials on the the next steps.  Our goal is to have that road cleared and in proper working condition.

Best,
