Interested in joining the society

Hi everyone, 

My name is Mantas, I am from King's College London and I am studying MSc course in Robotics. I am interested in becoming a member at your society. 

There are few other active postgrad students who would be interested in joining as well. At the moment we do not have robotics society at King's but are seriously considering starting one. However, I believe it would be much more interesting to cooperate with other universities and join already established fully functional society. 

The only thing I need to know is if you are still active?! Website and projects section looks a bit outdated...

We are looking to develop hands on skills building cool robots and to have as much fun as possible. At the same time we would like to work on projects that might have commercial value and help promote Robotics in the UK.

Hi, 
We are active, we need to update the website more frequently. The facebook page is pretty active and is a good way to keep in touch with events we will hold through the year.
I'm not sure its that simple for people outside of the college to join imperial club's, there will be silly issues with liability and insurance. I would personally recommend checking out the london hackspace, much simpler logistically! Join us on facebook, I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem attending events.
