This seems interesting – I have already returned an email to express interest. Would be really cool to get involved as it seems quite high profile and fun as well! Let me know if you are interested in getting involved. I imagine it will consist of some very simple lessons and perhaps a talk or two. Difficulty would be only up to the Robotics 101 level so it should be easy for anyone who wants to get involved to get stuck in!

Subject: Imperial College Robotics Society - Invitation to Digital Summer Camp
Dear Joshua,
My colleague Ed Baker caught the Imperial College Robotics Society at Maker Faire at the end of April, and was really impressed with your display.
We are organising Digital Summer Camp - a 'digital day trip' for the next generation of digital leaders to meet and be inspired by technology companies right in the heart of Tech City (East London), running 12th July (press release attached).
I would love to discuss the event with you, and how we're engaging 3,000+ educators, the Evening Standard, No.10 (the Chancellor is looking to open the event) and the Mayor's office.
One of the key areas that we are looking to engage the young people attending in is robotics. We would love to have the Imperial College Robotics Society come down and display your projects or run some workshops to help inspire the students and educators attending.
Please let me know how I can explore this with you.
Best wishes,
Joanna

That sounds really quite cool.
I'd be up for running a workshop for a small group of students if I some people would be interested in giving me a hand. Easiest thing to do might be to make a simple robot to avoid obsticles with microswitches made into wiskers. Even simpler we could just do something with LEDs.
