Actions Buttons Crashes 99b Chat

What is the bug in 99b chat that causes the chat windows to crash if you
attempt
to use one of the Actions--the ones with the little man logo?
Happens everytime and it's the only feature that crashes chat.
Not sure if it's fixed with 2000 (a or b). I refuse to use that
version--it's
just too bloated and full of adware.
