As you can see post month 100 we are moving from profit to loss..... I did some analysis and see that around Month 60 our storage costs per user are actually increasing.... This is expected unless we consider a tiered mechanism of pricing....... however we need to have some strategy of showing data only for the last 5 years or something like that as our processing costs and everything around that will also start going higher......

We can leverage something akin to Enterprise Drives or S3 or Rackspace.

Would that still drive up the cost ? Assume 5 cents per GB of storage.

We have looked at the S2 pricing model at the moment.... Probably we need to change that

Rackspace is cheaper. Anyhow, keep the pricing assumption at 5cents a gig.

I know that I can get that pricing.

One suggestion - we did the costing using S2. Let us not change that costing at this stage. If we change, we will have to re-do the worksheet. We can claim that we have a possibility of further reducing our opex if we were to get a better deal other than what we have assumed for storage cost based on Amazon S2 pricing.
