As 2022 draws to a close, we would like to draw your attention to 2x Important Announcements as attached for you now.
The Institute of Corrosion (ICorr) Aberdeen Branch is very pleased to announce its next HYBRID event at 17:30 - 19:00 (UK Time) on Thursday 19th January 2023. Note. This will be a Joint Event with the Energy Institute and be Recorded.
In this event, Roland Anderson - Axess Corrosion, Texas will discuss some recent Safety Innovations in Corrosion Monitoring. Please find the details of this event in the attached Event Flyer. The discussion will include some examples of incidents, ranging in severity from loss of containment to fatality and will look at the design changes that can provide new layers of protection and prevent re-occurrence.
Please note that this online event is FREE and OPEN TO ALL ICorr / EI Members and Non-Members.
Advance Registration for the Event: You must complete a Meeting Register Form to attend at either physical venue or receive the Zoom link. Please complete the Mandatory registration form at: EI Website. https://www.energyinst.org/whats-on/search/events-and-training?meta_eventId=2301AHI Note that joining instructions will be sent two weeks before the event, so you can indicate, if you are attending ‘in person’ or ‘online’.
