October Baby Opens
Next Friday, March
23! For a small, independent movie like OCTOBER
BABY, opening in 375 theaters is a big deal. Of course, major
motion pictures often open in 3,000 theaters. So, while you might be used
to only seeing movies at your closest theater, you may have to make an
effort to see OCTOBER BABY when it opens next Friday. Is
it worth it?
Judie Brown, the president of American Life
League, says: "Powerful, emotionally charged, and worthy of every accolade
the film industry has to offer. OCTOBER BABY will change
you ... just open your heart."

Why Go Opening Weekend?
Everywhere you
look on the OCTOBER BABY Facebook page, people are saying
over and over again, "I can't wait to see this movie!" And the good news is
the wait is nearly over: just 8 days until it opens.
But as
busy as life can get, it can be a challenge to make seeing a movie a
priority. Even one that Dennis Rainey of FamilyLife Today calls, "THE
must-watch movie for all families in 2012." Now is the time to
make opening weekend, March 23-25, a priority. Opening weekend is the movie
industry's bellwether, so it's imperative to make your vote heard at the
box office then. In addition, movie theaters are committed to a movie for
one week—opening weekend success determines if it will play
additional weeks.
