JSON version and other updates

Hi

There's a new JSON version of the API available if you prefer to work
with that instead of XML.

I have also added a license filter that works like the one you know
from the normal search: http://bit.ly/b4tAkL
To use this filter just include the parameter 'l' and set it to 0 for
no filtering and 1 if you only want icons that can be used for
commercial purposes. Default is 0.
