svg icons uploading as black box

I am having issues getting two of my icons to upload to icomoon correctly. They are expanded & combined shapes, with no transparency & pixel perfect. There should be no issues & I have not had any with my other uploads. Any suggestions or fixes?

Clipping masks can cause this issue. After importing your SVG, you can use the Edit tool (pencil button in toolbar) to remove this extra shape.

If you couldn't resolve the issue, you may attach a sample SVG here and I'll take a look.
