Feature request: accessible SVG's

I would be great if it was possible to add a title and a description to the icons, so the usage could be a bit more accessible.

That's a good suggestion. Thank you. I guess I could add some text field for description to the edit panel and then use the first tag as the title. Or perhaps add a separate field for the title as well.
