I am having problems getting icons to display in IE (11 in this case) - Firefox, Chrome and Safari all load fine and the issue is also seen in demo.html as well as in my application.

When I open developer tools in IE, I get two errors:

CSS3111: @font-face encountered unknown error.
File: icomoon.woff

CSS3111: @font-face encountered unknown error.
File: icomoon.ttf

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn423949(v=vs.85).aspx says about this error:

'An unknown problem was encountered with the "Web Open Font Format (WOFF)", and "Embedded OpenType font (EOT)" of the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) font.

Check source of "WOFF" fonts. Try alternate font face or source to see if you can reproduce the problem.'

Any ideas why this might be and how to resolve? I only have IE11 so am unable to try in earlier versions though using Emulation Document Mode to IE10, 9 and 8 shows the same issue

Thanks

Just to add to this I have successfully got an alternate web font icon set working in the same IE11 environment so the issue "appears" to be with Icomoon rather than my setup relating to web fonts.

I found a few online resources suggesting using Fontforge and checking the names match and that only US English is used in the TTF names but they are all "correct" already.

The one thing I did notice is that when I opened the TTF using Fontforge it gave an error:

"A point in GID 13 is outside the glyph bounding box Subsequent errors will not be reported."

ok, this was caused by a change I had made in the font generator last night. I added a new feature which apparently made font rendering fail in Windows. But I just reverted it and the problem should be solved now. Thank you for reporting this.

That fixed it, thank you again
