Create NPM Module for icomoon

There is a 3rd party NPM module https://github.com/nfroidure/gulp-iconfont

that attempts to make an icon font.

this thing is crap, I'd really love to have something as high quality of icomoon as an NPM Module.

or even a CLI command would be fine as long as it took all the same config options as icomoon.com currently can do.
