There is a new EU call that fits well the topic of codesign.
Would you   be interested

I have underlined the relevant parts of the call abstract below, time is short so please respond immediately if you are interested and EU or Canadian.

• Sub-topic 1:  reducing reliance on institutionalized treatment in favour of seamless care pathways and different forms of primary and community care through organizational innovations, operational improvements, and innovative models of service delivery.  
• Sub-topic 2:   providing evidence-based knowledge to support policy development and strategic planning for the modernization of the primary and community care sector, leveraging multidisciplinary and transnational perspectives.  
  
  Specifically demonstrating how cocreating AT could provide a startingpoint for codesinging healthcare

A happy new year, long time no see you.

Thank you for your mail at last year end. Although it is far from my research field, I think that research is necessary for Japanese society also.

By the way, here is the information about a domestic conference in Japan.
The conference of Rehabilitation Engineering Society of Japan will be held in Tokyo from 8 to 10 August this year. We will soon start to accepting general abstracts and organized sessions. This society is a friendship society of AAATE, RESNA, ARATA and other rehabilitation engineering societies. The conference proceedings will be published with ISSN number. The rehabilitation and assistive technology related submissions are welcome.
If you are interested in, please let us know. We will be able to prepare an international session for non-Japanese speakers or ask to attend the regular Japanese sessions with interpreter application.
